Refund policy
First, to apply for a free return or refund, you must comply with our standard warranty policy.
When shopping at akoywheel.com, we offer you the option to return or exchange your product within 30 days of receiving it.
1. Cancelling or modifying your order before shipment
(1) If you would like to modify or cancel your order, please contact Akoy via email or live chat on the official website within 24 hours of placing your order. Modifications or cancellations requested after 24 hours may not be approved. If approved, additional fees may be incurred.
(2) Returns and/or modifications are unlikely to be approved after 24 hours of placing a custom order. Custom orders include custom rims, upgraded hubs, upgraded spokes, custom decals, no decals, etc.
(3) If you would like to cancel your order before it is shipped, you can notify us via email or live chat on the official Akoy website. In some cases, the order may have been shipped before you receive notification.
2. Returns not related to product condition
We wish you to be satisfied with your purchase. If the product you ordered does not meet your expectations for any reason, you can return it under certain restrictions.
Contact Akoy via the official website’s live chat or email within 30 days of delivery. Do not ship any items back to Akoy without prior approval.
You will be responsible for the following: the cost of shipping to your address, the cost of shipping to Akoy, and any taxes or duties associated with shipping. A refund will be arranged within 10 business days after the product is returned to Akoy.
Your order is not eligible for return if any of the following apply:
The product has been used
The product packaging is damaged
The product itself is damaged
The product is not in full resale condition
Akoy has not received the returned product
Delivery has been more than 30 days ago
No proof of purchase
The product is classified as a limited-time product and/or is no longer in production
3. Damaged or missing products
(1) Please inspect the package carefully before signing for it. If there is obvious damage, please take photos of the damage and refuse the package. Send Akoy photos of the damaged package via email or live chat within 7 days of arrival.
(2) If a claim is made to the shipping company, they will provide a reimbursement number. Please inform Akoy of this number so that they can track the delivery.
(3) If you have signed for the package and then found the goods damaged after opening it, please contact Akoy within 5 days of delivery. After receiving the return approval, please send the package back to Akoy within 30 days of the delivery date. Within 10 days after the goods are returned to Akoy, we will verify the cause of the problem and contact you to inform you of the possibility of a full refund or replacement. If a refund is made, the refund will be sent to your original payment account.
