Shipping policy

Any orders placed Monday-Friday will be processed the same day, and for orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed the following Monday.  Please note that the shipping schedule we provide at checkout is the final expected delivery schedule.  Due to we're a customization store, for most orders, if the product is not in stock, it will be shipped within about 25 working days.  For busy periods or unexpected situations, shipping schedules can be changed to 30-35 working days to set realistic expectations.

– We ship world wide using a renowned international courier service. If your country is       not offered as an option on our website, please contact us at inquiry@akoywheel.com     for more information.
– The order tracking number will be provided via email as soon as possible, usually       within 1-2 business days after the product ships.
– If you require faster shipping, please contact us at inquiry@akoywheel.com.
– We are unable to control the speed of shipping once an item has been shipped from our warehouse.

*During transportation, the goods may be detained by relevant departments due to customs clearance issues (but the probability is extremely small). If this happens, our customer service or logistics customer service will contact you, and you will need to cooperate in submitting customs clearance documents.

*If you fail to cooperate with customs clearance due to personal reasons, resulting in the goods being returned due to customs clearance failure, we will not refund the money.
